Full Job Description WW Channel Strategy & CSO focuses on developing and delivering global marketing programs and best practices to deliver the best customer experience in the Channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep expertise working in the digital, physical and people spaces, the WW CSO works closely with a wide range of organizations working in the WW and regional sectors. We’re looking for an eCommerce Product Manager to design, define, create, and optimize Apple’s mobile and desktop direct‑to‑market digital experiences across the globe for our small to mid‑sized business partners. This product management role will focus on the end customer experience across various e‑commerce platforms and Apple enabled customer devices, digital content or analytics. The candidate will work with a large remote office, engineering team, global Apple resellers, UX designers and various partners working on projects to design and deliver new features, user journeys and presentation implementations. Responsibilities Design and deliver new features, user journeys, and presentation implementations for Apple’s e‑commerce experiences. Plan, manage, and report on multi‑year plans, budgets, KPIs, milestones, and roadmaps associated with e‑commerce initiatives. Collaborate with Apple resellers, engineering teams, UX designers, and partner organizations to drive sprints, releases, and product iterations. Provide local e‑commerce platforms and partners with user guidance and training. Create product requirements and work with local WW teams and external vendors to accomplish the strategy. Develop key metrics to measure and optimize e‑commerce capabilities and solutions. Stay aware of market trends and new technology capabilities to analyze and support conversion solutions. Expand the value of the e‑commerce platform and support affiliate marketing. Gain hands‑on experience with Apple’s global reseller channel. Conduct research, training, interviews, and team experience to design, test, prototype, and develop e‑commerce user journeys for customers and consumers on leading e‑commerce platforms. Work with large organizations and system integrators to implement, manage, and drive sprints and releases of new features, features and products. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in e‑commerce, marketing, product management, or business development roles. Design or implementation experience with Magento and/or Shopify platforms. Successful implementation or redesign of e‑commerce solutions. Proven experience and success managing complex, matrix and transversal projects. Strong understanding and experience in marketing management, sales, or e‑commerce related activities. Ability to independently deliver large‑scale projects in a fast‑paced environment with high complexity. New ideas to approach challenges from different angles. Experience defining, managing, and reporting against multi‑year plans, budgets, KPIs, milestones, roadmaps, etc. Ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at the organizational level. Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively with attention to detail. Expert writing, presentation, and communication skills.
