Senior Litigation Paralegal - Family Law Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Jones Networking is recruiting a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a growing Law Firm specializing in family law, in Myrtle Beach, SC. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting attorneys in SC family law matters. The firm offers an excellent culture, great benefits, PTO and 401K. Senior Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence Prepare financial declarations, case files, and exhibits Organize and manage case files, timelines, and court deadlines Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including compiling documents and exhibits Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties Manage and maintain calendars, schedule hearings, mediations, and client meetings File documents electronically with family courts and monitor docket activity Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation when needed Senior Litigation Paralegal Requirements: 5+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on family law Knowledge of South Carolina family court rules and procedures Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Senior Litigation Paralegal Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays 401K with company match Opportunities for growth within a respected and supportive legal team #J-18808-Ljbffr
