My client is a prestigious Myrtle Beach law firm, who seeks an experienced family law paralegal to join their growing practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must will be self-motivated and able to work independently,
- Must have excellent time management skills, organized, and the ability to multi-task,
- Must be proficient knowledge of computers,
- 4+ years of SC family law litigation experience,
- Communicate well with others.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft legal correspondence,
- Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing,
- Maintain case files,
- Assist in billing,
- Assist with discovery,
- Monitor county dockets,
- Accurate calendaring,
- Other support duties assigned by attorney.
