On-Site HOA Property Manager – Full Time

Florida CAM License Required

We are seeking an experienced and motivated On-Site HOA Property Manager to manage the daily operations of our established residential community.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, responsive, professional, and comfortable working directly with homeowners, vendors, contractors, and the Board of Directors. We are looking for a manager who takes initiative, communicates effectively, follows through on responsibilities, and takes pride in maintaining a well-run community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HOA operations and serve as the primary on-site contact.
• Work closely with and provide support to the Board of Directors.
• Manage vendors, contractors, service agreements, and community projects.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, proposals, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, landscaping, and common-area upkeep.
• Conduct routine property inspections and follow up on identified issues.
• Attend Board meetings and prepare management reports and project updates.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with homeowners and address resident concerns.
• Assist with enforcement of the Association's governing documents, rules, and policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized Association records.
• Ensure Board-approved projects and directives are carried out efficiently.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable Florida HOA laws and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CAM license required.
• Minimum 5 years of HOA/community association management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HOA operations, budgeting, vendor management, and maintenance coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and follow through to completion.
• Professional, dependable, approachable, and solution-oriented.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
