Commercial Flooring Project Manager

Pay: $75,000 – $95,000 per year + Bonus Total compensation typically $95,000 – $135,000+ based on performance Performance-based bonus tied to project success and profitability Weekly car stipend for job site travel Paid time off Profit-sharing program available after 3 years Job Overview Barall & Konover Floors is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Project Manager to manage projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role involves coordinating with general contractors, managing schedules and documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Manage commercial flooring projects from start to finish Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and general contractors Track submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation Prepare and manage change orders Monitor job site progress and resolve field issues Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation Attend project meetings and act as primary client contact Support billing, material scheduling, and delivery coordination Qualifications 5+ years of construction or project management experience Commercial flooring experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with project documentation, submittals, and closeout Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Work Environment In-person role with frequent job site visits Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opportunity to work on diverse commercial projects Why Join Us Competitive pay with strong bonus potential Established company with a solid reputation Opportunity for long-term growth and profit-sharing Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
