FIRE WATCH / SAFETY SPOTTER Location: Lancaster / Wilmer, TX Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: 40-50 Hours per Week

Requirements
- Prior Fire Watch or Construction Safety Spotter experience is REQUIRED
- OSHA 10 Required
- English-speaking or Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to work safely in an active commercial construction environment
- Dependable with excellent attendance and communication skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Local candidates only
- Monitor hot work operations and maintain a safe work environment
- Watch for potential fire hazards and respond in accordance with site safety procedures
- Maintain constant communication with crews and supervisors
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete required safety documentation and reports as needed
