About the Role


Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support warehouse operations for multiple client sites in the Brookfield area. In this role, you'll help ensure efficient material movement, accurate inventory control, and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming materials and merchandise and place them in assigned locations.
• Move, stack, and organize products using forklifts, pallets, and crates.
• Identify product damage, quality issues, or shortages and report them promptly.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and activity logs.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and legal guidelines.
• Help keep the warehouse organized, clean, and operating efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a forklift operator preferred.
• Valid forklift certification preferred but not required .
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work safely with industrial equipment.
• Good physical condition and coordination to handle warehouse tasks.

Schedule

• Multiple shift lengths: 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour schedules .
• Day shift, night shift, weekday or weekend availability depending on assignment.
