Material Handler - 1st Shift

Engauge Workforce Solutions in partnership with a growing manufacturing in Menomonee Falls, has Direct Hire Material Handlers available.

Schedule:
1st shift Monday -Thursday, 4:50 AM to 2:50 PM
Pay: $22.62 - per hour

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handlingteam member to support our warehouse or plant operations. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and operating equipment like forklifts or order pickers, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, ship, and receive parts and materials
Move products using forklifts, reach trucks, carts, and more (training provided)
Label, stock, and organize inventory with accuracy and care
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Collaborate with teammates to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Assist other departments as needed

What We're Looking For:

Ability to follow basic instructions and perform physical tasks
Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
Basic math and reading skills
English literacy required
Willingness to learn and operate material handling equipment (certification/training provided)
