Overview Executive Assistant, CFO/CHRO Our Executive Assistantssupport the company’s growth and businessobjectivesthrough providing innovative solutions to our Leadership’s needs. As such, we are looking for a strong Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer. If you are passionate about supporting business leaders and their teams through communications, calendar scheduling, and coordination, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Complete administrative tasks for the CFO and CHRO Prepare Executives for meetings as appropriate including room reservations, preparation of materials (i.e.PowerPoint), A/V needs, invites and refreshments. Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings and executive leadership team meetings. Coordinate and communicate meetings, hotel and travel accommodations, notices, etc. for team members andstakeholdersas necessary. Compose and proofread correspondence and produce high quality materials such as presentations, spreadsheets and correspondence asneeded Provide excellent customer service to all customers and stakeholders. Be proactive with excellent problem solving and judgment skills and be able to handle highly confidential and critical information, exercising the utmost discretion andmaintainconfidentiality at alltimes Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders and associates. Prioritize conflictingneeds;handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through onprojects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Establish effective business and administrative processes to make executive interaction more efficient and effective. Qualifications 10+years experiencein an administrative/executive assistantcapacity,supportingmanagement and/or executive levels Associatesdegree in businessor secretarial science; bachelor’s degree preferred Exceptional professionalism, superior organizational, communication and interpersonalskills Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and appropriately handle sensitiveinformation Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities Ability to work within deadlines, time requirementconflictsand management pressures.
