About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization's expansion. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on finance leader, responsible for owning the financial strategy and partnering with executive leadership. This role involves overseeing all financial aspects, including accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, with a focus on strengthening controls, processes, and systems to support aggressive growth plans. The CFO will also be instrumental in driving budgeting cycles, performance analysis, and decision-support insights, as well as managing banking relationships, audits, tax strategy, and external financial partners. To be a strong fit for this position, candidates should have experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or in a senior financial leadership role within a growth environment. Deep knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and cash management is essential, as is a proven track record of improving processes and modernizing finance functions. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to influence at the executive level, and a comfort with balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution. While a CPA and/or MBA is preferred, it is not mandatory for candidates with the right background.
