Licensed Practical Nurse Inpatient Rehab Hospital

Job Summary As an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury, or extended hospital stays. With average stays of two to three weeks, you’ll build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes in a patient’s progress. You will be part of a dynamic rehabilitation team committed to caring for and improving lives every day. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptly Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independence Monitor vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly Document progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination Educate and support patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self‑care techniques Work closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high‑quality care Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date LPN/LVN Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse obtained within 30 days of employment start date No travel required No prior experience required Benefits CarePartners offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of colleagues.
