Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients.### ### **Job Responsibilities*** Provides a high level of customer service and timely technical support for end-user computer and networking issues to ensure end-user productivity* Responsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software* Troubleshoots and responds to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing equipment or software problems and performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at end-user location to resolve end-user problems* Typically resolves issues referred by help desk support* Follows standard procedures and guidelines* Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams* Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided* Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options* Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team* Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach* Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload* Performs all other duties as assigned by management **Education*** High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred **Experience*** Typically requires 2+ years of related work experienceEqual Employment Opportunity EmployerStewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
