We’re looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join the team at Bonney Lake Family Dental Care!

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments

• Verify insurance coverage and benefits

• Accurately collect and manage patient balances

• Maintain patient health information with confidentiality and care

• Review treatment plans and verify accuracy based on insurance benefits

• Create a seamless, welcoming patient experience from check-in through check-out

• Work closely with the clinical team to support an efficient office flow

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental front office experience preferred

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix

• Familiarity with dental terminology highly preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A team-oriented, dependable approach

• Someone who enjoys creating a positive experience for patients and working collaboratively with the team
