Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience within school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for young children
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create tailored therapy goals for early childhood students
• Deliver direct physical therapy services in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate students’ developmental progress
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance, resources, and training to school personnel regarding student physical development needs
