Renew Home is seeking a detail-oriented Director of Accounting to own the financial reporting process and payroll oversight. You will bridge operational accounting and high-level financial reporting while ensuring US GAAP compliance, SOX controls, and IPO readiness. You will lead technical accounting for ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, manage outsourced payroll and intercompany activities, and partner with FP&A and HR to drive process improvements across the finance organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Renew Home
