Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. Employment Type & Hours Employment Type: Full‑Time Shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing Location: Walmart Supercenter #1611, 4845 24TH AVE, FORT GRATIOT, MI 48059, US Hourly Wage & Additional Compensation Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour (will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the job location) Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives Premiums: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Responsibilities Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with merchandise selection. Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day. May perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.
