Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives and maintain ongoing communication regarding staffing needs and workforce performance.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary assignments.
• Coordinate and place qualified candidates on assignments in a timely manner.
• Receive, process, and manage client job orders and staffing requests.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update information within the company database.
• Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate pre-employment requirements, including drug screenings, reference checks, and background screenings.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to onsite employees.
• Investigate employee concerns and administer corrective action when necessary in accordance with company policies.
• Manage assignment completions, employee separations, and termination processes.
• Monitor workforce attendance, performance, and compliance with client expectations.
• Complete administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, reporting, and document management.
• Ensure all operational activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or people management role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, workforce management, recruiting, or onsite operations.
• Experience working in a client-facing environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of staffing industry best practices and employment processes.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and workforce compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
