Our direct per diem positions are W-2 Compensation range begins: $65/hour Our benefits include for Per Diem members: Employee Assistance Malpractice Insurance, Plus tail coverage. PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO Holidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays.
