Location: Chicago, IL/Charlotte, NC/Boston, MA/Austin, TX
Duration: 6+ months, Onsite
Seeking for a Sales Representative to develop client relationships and promote our top-notch insurance products, including Auto, Home, and Life insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products using consultative techniques.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Advise clients on protection and coverage options.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and the community.
- Manage and renew existing policies.
- Participate in incentive programs to meet sales goals.
- Achieve targets for new business within company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience in sales or client service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
- Organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills for understanding coverage details.
