Perm Placement: RN Operating Room

Job Title

Candidates must be willing and able to step in and assist where needed. Candidate will be trained first in Pre Op and PACU and then circulating. Manager works with each team member to understand preferences, but everyone must help everyone.

Reporting Structure: Clinical Coordinator, Unit Manager, Director, CNO

Salary and Shift Differential Pay

Work Hours & On-Call Hours Required?

5x8 hours (7A-3P) shift or 4x10 (7A-5P) hours shifts

OnCall: Frequency changes depending on # of nurses in unit - 1 weekend (Fri-Sun) call every 6 to 8 weeks is goal. 1 shift each weekday but with more nurses that spreads out.

PTO: 0-2 years of experience: 24 hours 2-5 years of experience: 40 hours 6+ years of experience: 80 hours

Relocation fee & applicable details: *** if coming from out of state.

Sign-on bonus & applicable details: Up to *** depending on experience. To be paid out over a 24 month timeframe.

Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements: 1 year OR experience Pre Op PACU or Circulating

Continuing Edu: Send nurses to OKC and Ardmore where more educators for further education and specialized training.

Description of interview process: WebEx to start - Give description overview of unit and culture, very conversational. Behavioral questions - Nurse Manager very transparent. Open to do a department tour and meet some of the nurses.
