Butterfly Effects, LLC a nationwide ABA informed Therapy Provider is looking for passionate candidates for the position of Collections Specialist. The Billing and Collections Specialist will join a team that strives to maintain customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and timely invoicing of payor responsibility. Job Responsibilities Collect outstanding balances from clients. Follow up clients questions regarding invoices in a timely manner. Follow-up with clients on their questions regarding benefits, client responsibility and payment plans. Verify patients benefits for ABA Therapy either in-network, or out of network to assist with proper client collections and claim follow up. Identify and address concerns before they become problems, and to propose solutions to concerns. Work with the field staff and office staff to ensure client satisfaction. Why us?
