INTERNSHIP PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Center for Career Development Position Type: Full-Time/Regular Location: BOSTON, MA Salary Grade: $22.00-$29.00 Category: Charles River Campus – Administrative/Support/Clerical Tracking Code: 26501018160619 Posted Date: 6/24/2026 The Internship Program Coordinator is a member of the Center for Career Developments (CCD) Internships and Industry Partnerships team, reporting to the Assistant Director of Internship Programs. The Coordinator supports the Yawkey Nonprofit Internship Program, Launchpad Program, and other internship or similar programs as the CCD expands its offerings for students. These programs may distribute over $1 million annually to students, providing them with experiential learning opportunities. Responsibilities Provide administrative support across internship programs. Respond to student and employer inquiries via in-person, remote, and email communication. Maintain application workflows and track student/employer participation. Follow up with students and employers to ensure successful placement. Plan events and coordinate related logistics. Assist with special projects as needed and maintain daily program operations. Qualifications Customer service experience, including providing helpful feedback and guidance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Project management experience with attention to detail and collaboration. Strong organizational skills and ability to collect, sort, and report numerical data on service usage, employer engagement, student participation, and budget. Proficiency with computer technology and online systems, such as CCD's online career services management platform, experiential learning database, and office applications. Cultural competency and commitment to inclusion, equity, and engagement of students, employers, and colleagues. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to support CCD programming. Benefits Position represented L2324, full-time, 52 weeks, Grade 25, Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00, 35 paid hours per week, one-hour unpaid lunch break daily.
