Details Rotate across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery units L&D unit has 8 labor beds and Postpartum unit has 18 beds Variable day and night shifts with 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours weekly following the first week of orientation Scheduled 12-hour call required at least once per month No guarantee of hours or shift preference Uses Meditech computerized charting system Uses GE/Centricity fetal monitoring system Requirements Active HI RN license required by start of assignment Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience required Current BLS certification required Current NRP certification required STABLE and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications recommended Additional Information Provide care for laboring mothers, assist with delivery, and deliver immediate newborn and postpartum care Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to assignment start, typically requiring arrival by the Thursday before a Monday start date COVID-19 vaccination required American Traveler Job ID P-749024.
