• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
• Support evaluation of clinical staff competency
• Assist with appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Emergency Room / Emergency Department clinical experience
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patients in an acute emergency care setting
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
