Description Location: 13921 Normandie Ave, Gardena, CA 90249 Pay: $20-22 per hour (DOE) Housing Perk: 2 Bed / 1 Bath apartment for $727.75/month (Rent Market $2,100) Schedule: Monday to Friday / Full-Time About the Opportunity Beach Front Property Management is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Property Manager to support a residential community in Gardena. This role is perfect for an experienced Assistant Manager or Property Manager looking for flexible hours, hands‑on involvement, and the unique benefit of discounted onsite living. You’ll be the heartbeat of the community serving as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal partners—while helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and residents feel truly at home.
