Executive Leader, Middle Market Banking & Growth

First Citizens

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Managing Director, Middle Market Banking Market Leader in Chicago to lead client relationships and drive growth across middle-market portfolios.

You will develop and manage an active prospect list, collaborate with partners, and mentor junior staff while delivering tailored banking solutions for privately held, family-owned and publicly traded companies. This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive credit and relationship experience.
