Electrical Assembly Technician II & III – 1st and 2nd Shift Available

Shift Options: 1st Shift
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Electrical Assembly Technician II: $24–$27/hr DOE
- Electrical Assembly Technician III: $28–$34/hr DOE
2nd Shift
Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Electrical Assembly Technician II: $24–$27/hr DOE + $1.00/hr shift differential
- Electrical Assembly Technician III: $28–$34/hr DOE + $1.00/hr shift differential
Overtime available.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble electrical and electromechanical systems from schematics, drawings, and work instructions
- Wire control panels, switchboards, and power distribution equipment
- Use hand and power tools to complete builds accurately and efficiently
- Perform inspections, electrical testing, and troubleshooting based on experience level
- Complete production documentation and work orders
- Follow safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and products
Electrical Assembly Technician II Pay: $24–$27/hr DOE
You should have:
- 2+ years of electrical assembly and wiring experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience assembling and wiring medium-complexity electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor rework
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Electrical Assembly Technician III Pay: $28–$34/hr DOE
In addition to Technician II responsibilities, you'll:
- Troubleshoot and wire complex control systems and switchgear
- Support testing, QA/QC inspections, and process improvements
- Mentor and train junior technicians
- Assist with work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Partner with engineering and quality teams on continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal experience includes:
- 3+ years of advanced electrical assembly experience
- Experience with UL-certified switchgear or control panel assembly
- Strong leadership and technical communication skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong electrical aptitude
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and work in a production environment
