Hiring Production Packaging Associate Entry Level (2nd Shift)

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: MondayThursday, 5:30 PM 4:00 AM
• Overtime: Fridays (10-hour shifts as needed)
• Training: Must complete initial training on 1st shift (MondayThursday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM)
• Pay Rate: $23.00/hour (paid weekly)

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Packaging Associate, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations efficient and organized by:

• Packing and sealing gummy products and moving them along the production line
• Transporting materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Handling materials, including unbagging, unpacking, loading, and unloading
• Assisting machine operators and production team members
• Performing frequent lifting and carrying of materials
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Following all company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

We're seeking individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to grow:

• Able to stand and work for extended shifts (up to 10 hours)
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to read and communicate in English
• Strong attendance record and commitment to reliability
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety

Position Details

• Assignment Length: 4-month contract-to-hire

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
