We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join a growing service organization in Pennsylvania. This onsite role is a contract opportunity with potential for a longer-term position, offering the chance to contribute immediately while building toward a longer-term career path. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting experience, confidence managing high-volume outreach, and the ability to guide candidates through the hiring process with efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for open positions, from sourcing talent through offer-stage coordination.

• Conduct a high volume of daily phone outreach to identify, engage, and qualify prospective candidates.

• Lead intake and screening interviews to evaluate experience, fit, and alignment with hiring needs.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.

• Track applicant activity, interview progress, and hiring updates within the applicant tracking system.

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand staffing priorities and support timely placement efforts.

• Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools.

• Ensure a consistent and thorough candidate experience throughout each stage of the hiring process.

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, including full-cycle hiring responsibility.
• Background in corporate recruiting and candidate sourcing within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system to manage recruiting workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for communication, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to work onsite in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania during regular business hours.
