What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care within the operating room setting, following established standards and protocols
• Assess patient needs before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Effectively utilize the Nursing Process to deliver quality patient care
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members
• Document all patient interactions and clinical activities accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards

What You Need

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Prior experience working in an operating room environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate good judgment, and communicate effectively
• Preferred: Leadership skills or previous supervisory experience in clinical settings
