Clinical Team Manager - Home Health RN, PT, OT, or SLP required
Type: Full Time
Location: 5971 Cattleridge Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34232
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000/year

What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to day operations of a clinical interdisciplinary team
Ensure quality and appropriate care delivery and staffing
Act as liaison to resolve patient care issues and communicate with physicians
Supervise, mentor, and train clinical staff in collaboration with other leaders
Support clinical program oversight and ensure compliance with agency goals

What You Bring:
Graduate of an accredited nursing or therapy program; must be a licensed Registered Nurse, RN, Physical Therapist, PT, Occupational Therapist, OT, or Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist, SLP.
1+ year of Medicare Home Health experience required; Experienced field Home Health RN, PT, OT, or SLP encouraged to apply!
Strong judgement, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals
Commitment to the agency's mission and value.
