Respiratory Therapist And NursesWe are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist and Nurses to join our Respiratory Therapy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to residents in a long term care setting, with a focus on geriatrics. This position will be at The Belmont in Columbus, Indiana.Previous ventilator and Tracheostomy experience is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train you on site!- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Administer and documentation of respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and record vital signs, such as oxygen saturation levels and heart rate- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care- Respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support as neededRequirements:- Certified RRT, CRT, RCP, RN or LPN- Current Indiana Respiratory Therapist license preferred- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology- Basic life support certification requiredRespiratory Therapy Students are welcome to apply!Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance- Continuing education opportunities for professional developmentThis position is for a Full Time position, 12 hour shifts, and rotating weekends.
