Job Description
The Customer Sales Representative plays a crucial role in engaging customers, processing sales, and providing comprehensive support to enhance customer satisfaction. Operating as an individual contributor, this position directly reports to the Customer Service Manager and requires no travel. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of products and proficient order management skills to effectively meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Process sales accurately and efficiently
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to inform customers effectively
- Manage customer orders from initiation to completion
- Provide ongoing client support and address inquiries
- Enter and update customer and sales data accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in customer sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
