Global Account Manager

Position Overview FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. is a global leader in chemical solutions for the semiconductor industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Account Manager! We are seeking a senior leader to further enhance our business relationships with key global customers. The role requires fostering business relationships internally and externally to drive business development for leading technologies, and to increase both the share and number of products sold. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement plans to strengthen strategic relationships with key global customers, working with Global Business Directors and Global Managing Directors. Define and achieve global sales budgets, coordinating with Local Account Managers to align plans. Lead and support Local Account Managers responsible for Customer R&D sites, ensuring sales growth strategies are executed. Maintain clear partnership and communication between Global Account Manager and Local Account Managers. Ensure Local Account Managers fulfill their tasks by monitoring performance and providing course correction. Act as the primary Voice of the Customer (VOC) to the organization, driving customer issues and satisfaction. Work on plans to improve customer scorecards, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with QA items. Travel with Local Account Managers to customer and company sites as needed. Support all business lines and one‑stop‑solution products for new and existing opportunities. Collaborate with global teams to leverage knowledge, develop account strategies, and coordinate global CIP projects. Present sales/technical presentations to key accounts in coordination with the Business Development team. Develop pricing recommendations, obtain approval for pricing changes, and lead global customer communication activities. Coordinate technical and commercial global projects using project management skills. Maintain professionalism and integrity in all internal and external communications. Travel extensively, including domestic and international trips. Prepare and present written monthly reports and quarterly updates to leadership. Requirements MBA or advanced technical degree (preferably in Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related field). 10+ years of semiconductor experience, with 5+ years of semiconductor sales experience. Experience selling advanced semiconductor materials to fabs or semiconductor companies. Strategic thinking and long‑term account planning, with demonstrated project management and communication skills. Track record qualifying materials in high‑volume manufacturing. Proven customer‑facing leadership and relationship‑building skills. Familiarity with specialty chemical categories such as photoresists, wet chemicals, CMP slurry, or advanced materials. Technical acumen to translate customer needs into solutions. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority. Global mindset with cultural awareness. Results‑driven with strong commercial instincts. Additional Requirements Resilience – ability to adapt, maintain professionalism, and manage responsibilities.
