Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant that would be interested in a 1 3 Week , full-time contract opportunity in Mount Vernon, IL . Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health
Location: Marion, IL
Pay Rate (Local): $35/hr
Total Travel Package: $1,696.00/week
- Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package *
Taxable Wages = $720.00/week
Weekly Housing Allowance = $500.00/week
Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week
Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $1,516.00/ week
Schedule:
40 hours per week guareenteed
8 AM - 4:30 PM
mileage reimbursement for all visits
Coverage Areas: Clinton, Marion, Washington, Jefferson Hamilton counties
Duration:
- 13 weeks (extension likely)
Requirements:
2+ year of experience as Physical Therapist Assistant
Limited to no requested time off
IL PTA License
home health experience preferred
oasis experience preferred
HCHB experience preferred
ASAP Start
