What Youll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team that loves winning
- Drive performance through daily huddles, 1:1 coaching, and accountability
- Own the showroom experiencefrom first hello to final handshake
- Close deals and structure opportunities to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
- Partner with marketing and leadership to keep traffic, appointments, and sales flowing
- Track KPIs like a probecause what gets measured gets improved
- Build a culture where urgency, hustle, and fun coexist
