Junior Business Analyst (Entry-Level)
Location: Hybrid - Onsite 3x/week

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to join a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in business analysis, technology, and process improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and functional specifications based on user needs and business processes
• Support process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions
• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate business problems and their relationship to technology solutions
• Contribute to the development of project proposals, including problem definition, solution evaluation, and cost/benefit analysis
• Prepare documentation such as reports, process flows, and models to support decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives
• Provide ongoing analytical and technical support to the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Highly trainable, adaptable, and eager to grow within the role

Preferred (Not Required)

• Exposure to or experience with:
  • Business Analysis or requirements gathering
  • SQL or data analysis
  • UX/UI concepts or tools such as Figma
  • Visual Studio or technical development environments
• General understanding of how technology supports business operations
