Registered Nurse (RN) - Observation

Temp – Registered Nurse (RN) – Observation Seeking an experienced Observation RN to assess, implement, and monitor patient care for patients assigned to observation status. Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders and nursing standards. Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, transfers, call lights, and responding to alarms. Evaluate treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the care team to update care plans. Process and carry out provider orders accurately and promptly. Follow up on medication changes and order clarifications. Requirements: 2+ years of Observation RN experience – Required. Epic EMR experience – Preferred. Active Michigan RN license – Required. Current AHA BLS – Required. Current specialty skills checklist – Required. 2 supervisory references completed within the past 2 years – Required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
