• Additional Details: 20 anesthesia rooms; physician supervision in place

CRNA Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Current AANA certification or recertification
• At least 1 year of CRNA experience preferred
• Ability to work 8-, 10-, or 12-hour day shift coverage as needed
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a team-based anesthesia environment
• Willingness to obtain Tennessee state licensure if needed

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and review patient readiness for procedures
• Obtain and/or verify patient consent and discuss anesthetic options and associated risks
• Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia safely and effectively
• Monitor patient physiological status throughout the procedure
• Provide clinical intervention as needed to support optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and perioperative team members
• Deliver high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix
