ECOMMERCE MANAGER

$60K-75K/YR | DIRECT HIRE | ON-SITE

A growing industrial distribution and B2B products company in Gahanna is hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own their website and online ordering operation end to end. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone curious, analytical, and highly accountable, who brings ideas forward, challenges assumptions, and follows through from strategy to execution. You'll own the engine behind the company's digital growth, from product catalog and content quality to order flow, landing pages, analytics, and the data behind all of it. What you'll be doing: 

• Own day-to-day quality and performance of the ecommerce website, including products, categories, landing pages, merchandising, promotions, and content
• Maintain accurate, engaging product information, images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing
• Identify and implement improvements to site navigation, product discovery, on-page SEO, conversion, and customer experience
• Troubleshoot website functionality and coordinate with internal teams and developers to test and implement fixes
• Own customer web account support (logins, access, account linking, issue resolution) and triage web order issues
• Support onboarding and troubleshooting of punchout and EDI connections with strategic customers
• Coordinate data across ERP, ecommerce, and CRM platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Own website analytics and tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event and conversion tracking
• Drive SEO strategy, technical health, and content optimization
• Monitor engagement and conversion performance, run CRO and landing page testing, and provide recurring reports on performance and trends 

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, ecommerce, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years operating an ecommerce storefront with ownership of catalog, content, and order operations
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking and troubleshooting
• Hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO and keyword/content optimization (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing with measurable site improvements
• Ability to cross-reference data across analytics, ecommerce, and CRM to find gaps and opportunities
• Resourceful problem solver comfortable with unfamiliar systems and integrations
• Clear communicator who works well across internal teams and outside vendors
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen 

Preferred but not required:

• Experience managing or supporting paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar)
• Experience with ERP-integrated ecommerce (Prophet 21 or similar) and structured product data
• Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, content, or workflow efficiency
• Experience in industrial, distribution, or other B2B product-focused environments
