Primary Operator

Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Primary Care Nurse to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll provide direct clinical care, coordinate chronic disease management, perform assessments, administer medications, and support care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team. You will educate patients and families, promote preventive care, and ensure accurate documentation in our EHR.
