Strategic FP&A Director for Growth & Insights

A growth-oriented company based in Wadsworth, Ohio, seeks a Director of FP&A. This strategic finance leader will drive planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. Responsibilities include leading budget and reforecasting efforts, delivering financial reporting, and providing insights into revenue and cost structure. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in CPG or manufacturing. Strong financial modeling and communication skills are essential for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
