Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Post-Closing Shipping Specialist will review, audit, and deliver completed loan packages to investors, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and delivery guidelines. Key responsibilities Audit loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance using established investor checklists Prepare and deliver loan files and image packages required for investor purchase Maintain accurate updates and tracking information in Encompass and other systems Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of related mortgage industry experience At least 1 year of post-closing experience Understanding of mortgage loan documents and post-funding loan lifecycle processes Familiarity with investor and warehouse bank guidelines Proficiency with mortgage loan systems, including Encompass, preferred
