Import Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Import Specialist will process and integrate customer data, assist with the movement of goods across international borders, and serve as a customer service liaison to resolve issues related to customs and shipping. Key responsibilities Process Customs and PGA entries for the clearance of goods into the United States Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues related to billing and shipment tracking Ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulatory agencies and maintain communication with customers, carriers, and vendors Required qualifications High school diploma/GED 1+ years of previous customs Northern Border Brokerage experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suites is preferred
