What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Brand Representation: Serve as the professional public face of well-known national brands and local businesses, answering consumer inquiries with an energetic attitude.
• Event Logistics: Support on-site inventory control, promotional signage setup, visual merchandising, and asset management.
• Market Insights: Track daily event performance metrics, collect public feedback, and collaborate with management to optimize future outreach strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Cross-train and brainstorm with team members, marketing coordinators, and brand managers to meet regional market targets.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required (a Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business is a plus but not required).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, public-facing personality.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced campaign environment.
• Strong team player with a professional attitude, excellent time management, and a dependable work ethic.
• Note: A background in customer service, retail, restaurant/bar service, sales, or volunteer work is a major bonus, but absolutely not required— full training is provided!
