Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and consultations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform injections and procedures within scope of practice
• Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
• Experience with injections, orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, or aesthetics preferred
• Interest in regenerative medicine and wellness-focused care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
