Sr Financial Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets Strategic long-range planning, M&A diligence, and integration modeling. Analyze and provide commentary on variances Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies Monthly variance analysis identifying labor inefficiencies to drive margin improvement. Help standardize financial model, eliminating under-absorption blind spots and improving forecasting accuracy Calculate and reconcile monthly cost and overhead, reducing reporting cycle time Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance 4+ years' of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Power BI experience Big 4 Experience is a plus Experience in a high-growth PE environment folding many companies into one is a huge plus By applying to this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, and/or emails from Atrium and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
