Job Description & Requirements Cross Country Education is seeking a School Services Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Dearborn, Michigan for the 2026–2027 school year. Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: School Services Start Date: 08/19/2026 Duration: 39 weeks 35 hours per week Shift: 7 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Position Overview Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to an assigned student caseload, tailored to their specific grade levels and academic needs. Manage a full-time caseload dedicated to direct student therapy, assessments, IEP documentation, and collaboration. Work closely with school staff, administrators, and families to support student communication goals and ensure academic progress. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (LARA) Ability to manage a diverse student caseload across varying grade levels (to be determined based on district needs) Benefits Top Compensation: Earn $56.20 - $60.40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
