About the Job The Outside Sales Representative at Ironclad Environmental Solutions will drive revenue growth with new and existing accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop the assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and following up on referrals, while setting appointments and delivering sales presentations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific requirements, including proposal responses and industry‑specific solutions. Lead solution development to meet customer needs, coordinating with necessary team members. Offer technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites. Collaborate with Branch and Regional Management to create annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue goals. Interpret blueprints and CADD documentation. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Maintain customer records and document interactions and opportunities in CRM. Perform other duties as assigned.
