We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Food Truck Manager to oversee operations and keep our food truck running smoothly. As our Food Truck Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of our food truck operations. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Overseeing all aspects of food truck operations, from opening to closing.
- Managing and leading a small team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring food preparation and presentation meet our high standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment.
- Monitoring inventory and supplies to ensure smooth service.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting any operational challenges that may arise during service.

We’re searching for someone who brings energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- At least 1 year of experience in food service, management, or a related role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering a memorable experience.
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and daily operations.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
